With over two decades in the hospitality industry, my professional trajectory has been unique. Initially aspiring toward a legal career upon earning my degree in International Relations, I ultimately pivoted towards my profound passion for hospitality.

 

My career started at the Hyatt Hotels, where I unearthed my fervor for orchestrating memorable events. This foundational experience propelled me to further my career in prestigious sourcing companies, where I facilitated events on a global scale. Notably, I was the inaugural employee entrusted with developing the independent branch of meetings and events for American Express. After five impactful years, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, culminating in establishing LBright Events, backed by its affiliation with American Express.

 

My meticulous attention to detail evidences my commitment to excellence; I am ardently devoted to each program I execute. Throughout my extensive travels, I have cultivated a robust network of professionals across the globe, enabling me to provide clients with expedited services and preferential rates. I reside in sunny Miami with my husband and our two wonderful children.
